I still remember one story of an Assamese serial, though I forgot the name of that particular serial. The story was about two best friends. One friend got married with a very rich person and another was with a teacher. One day they met at the same place after years back. They were so excited that they forgot all the things in their lives.

One day, the teacher’s wife came to her friend’s house……in between their gossips, her friend showed her one very beautiful necklace. The teacher’s wife asked her friend to give her the necklace for one marriage ceremony. Her friend gave her the necklace instantly without any hesitation.

But after that the story got twisted….the teacher’s wife lost the necklace at the marriage ceremony. This created a serious matter for them. She had to return the necklace to her friend….so they decided to make it again without letting her friend about the loss. They ordered the same necklace in the same design. But a pure gold and diamond necklace caused a serious financial problem for them. Still they managed somehow to return the necklace to their friend.

After that incident, they shifted to a different place with a severe financial crisis. They worked hard to over come their crisis, but till that date, life was passed very fast…..they arrived at their old age. But suddenly one day, the teacher’s wife again met her rich friend on the way after years back. But this time, her friend did not recognize her due to her bad health caused by the financial crisis. When she got her, she was shocked to find her friend in that condition. Then the teacher’s wife told her the actual matter how they had to overcome their financial crisis to return her the gold and diamond necklace.

Then, very shockingly, her rich friend told her that the necklace was not in original gold and diamond….it was imitation jewellery….completely golden polished with diamond shaped stones!!!!

From this story, I got the lesson not to share any personal stuff with any body. Your personal stuff may not be used properly by your friend on which you have some unknown sentiments or in the same way you may also face some problem using your friend’s valuable stuff…just like the teacher’s wife whose life got totally changed for that imitation necklace.

So be careful in handling other’s stuff…..a very simple stuff may change many things…..your life, your relation, your mentality, your impression….if possible try to avoid using other’s stuff.
